We are gradually expanding our investment portfolio, thus strengthening our position in the real estate sector. Currently, we have commercial and service premises as well as residential premises under construction.

Our portfolio comprises over 146,000 sqm of mixed office space, A-class retail units, logistic hubs, warehouses and commercial retail shops in Abu Dhabi (Musaffah), Poland and the Czech Republic. We count over 230 active commercial tenants.

We are also invested in an IHG Group hotel in Poland's historic Krakow.

Our projects amount to over 146,000 sqm, including, among others: 67,300 sqm of A-class retail space and 55,500 sqm of warehouses.

  • Muṣaffah Aṣ-Ṣanāʿiyah (Arabic: مُصّفَّح ٱلصّنَاعِيَة) is one of the most important economic areas of the United Arab Emirates and has been designated a special economic zone. We operate over 14,500 sqm of warehouse space in the eastern front of the district.

  • So far, we have finalised projects in 27 locations throughout Poland. Our projects amount to over 77,850 sqm, including, among others: 27,300 sqm of A-class retail space and 40,500 sqm of warehouses.

  • We are partners of the Czech-Slovak-Polish business and educational forum ARTECH organized in the emirate Ras Al Khaimah in cooperation with the Association of Czechs and Slovaks in the UAE, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Abu Dhabi, the Embassy of Poland in Abu Dhabi, the Chamber of Commerce of Ras Al Khaimah and under the patronage of the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
